Overview

Responsibilities
Concierge positions should be able to meet new residents up front as they enter the facility and escort them along with EMS to their room. Making sure they have everything set up for the room and notifying the family of their arrival. The following day they should be calling family and following up with resident on any issues that may arise and reaching out when needed for the first 7 days. This position works Monday through Friday 12pm - 8pm.
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work under the direction and supervision of RNs and LPNs to enhance the residents' experience by providing basic nursing care. Assists with activities of daily living (ADLs), including feeding, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, grooming, and transferring all while ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of all assigned residents. Documents all care provided and reports changes in resident's status to primary nurse. Performs advanced functions including vital signs, skin health, and promotion of wound healing.
