What Youll Do:
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to drive results and deliver growth
- Research and analyze search terms to understand our neighbors needs and intentions
- Collaborate creatively with the web team to design landing pages that elevate the neighbor experience
- Dive into data, run experiments, and communicate actionable insights to improve performance
- Stay ahead of trends, test new opportunities, and collaborate to fine-tune processes
