Starting Rate: $20 per hour
Job Location: Wentzville, MO 63385
Position Schedule: 2:30PM-11:00PM

As a Warehouse Picker, you'll be key in gathering and staging products to ensure accurate and timely deliveries, making outdoor adventures possible for our neighbors.
What You’ll Do:
- Pick with Purpose: Use tablets and scanners to retrieve orders and pick items from shelves with speed and accuracy.
- Stay Organized: Maintain a clean, efficient workspace while moving items to staging areas.
- Ensure Accuracy: Your attention to detail ensures our neighbors get exactly what they ordered.
- Collaborate with Your Team: Work together to keep the warehouse running smoothly and on schedule.
What We Need from You:
- Comfortable with technology (tablets and RF scanners)
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and stay active on your feet
- Strong attention to detail with basic math and counting skills
- A problem solver who can stay calm under pressure
- A team player who loves helping others
