What You’ll Do:
Picking Position:
• Accurate Order Picking: Ensure all products are carefully selected according to neighbor specifications, supporting timely order fulfillment.
• Efficient Workflows: Move quickly and accurately through the warehouse, maintaining a steady pace while meeting daily goals.
Shipping Position:
• Verify with Precision: Ensure all outgoing orders are accurate and match neighbor specifications.
• Package Securely: Protect items by securely packaging them for safe and timely delivery.
• Prepare Orders for Shipment: Ensure every order is ready to ship promptly while meeting our high-quality standards.
Both Positions:
• Maintain Efficiency: Keep a clean, organized workspace while working quickly and accurately.
• Collaborate with Your Team: Work together to keep the picking and shipping processes running smoothly and efficiently.
What We Need from You: • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced, seasonal environment • Comfort with technology and warehouse tools • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stay active on your feet • A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
