Pay and benefits:

• Earn $600 per diem
• Bonuses of $20 per patient over 20/day
• $6000 signing bonus
• $1500 toward CME yearly
• 401k

Minimum qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry degree (O.D.) *Please do not apply if you are not an Optometrist*
