Your day-to-day as a Batch Maker:
- Operate and monitor production line equipment including batching, filling, sealing, and packaging
- Communicate any production issues or deviations to the appropriate team members
- Follow company guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain product quality
- Complete required documentation and maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas
Your skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or production role is a plus
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with production processes and safety guidelines
- Ability to lift, carry, and stack up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation and consistently punctual
