What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Operator position at ETS?
Job Location: In-Person, $24-$27/hr (Based on Experience), 2nd Shift, Full-Time

Your day-to-day as a CNC Operator:
- Perform daily warm-up, operation, and shutdown of CNC mills and lathes
- Load and unload fixtures, ensuring proper placement for each production run
- Inspect, replace, and set tooling to meet specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings to confirm product dimensions and accuracy
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and ensure a clean work environment
Your skills and experience:
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator is required, knowledge of G Code is a plus!
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Basic mechanical skills and experience using hand tools
- Ability to follow directions, meet attendance requirements, and collaborate with others
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, and moving throughout the workday
