What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Lead position at ETS?
Job Location: In-Person, $25-33/Hour (Based on Experience), 12-Hour Day Shift, Weekend Schedule
Our client is looking for a leader to deliver quality results while ensuring efficient operations, join their team as a Production Lead!
Your day-to-day as a Production Lead:
- Supervise and support production and packaging staff
- Plan and organize daily production schedules
- Monitor and maintain production efficiency and quality standards
- Track and analyze production costs and inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety, policies, and procedures
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field, or a combination of equivalent experience in supervisory or similar roles
- 5-7 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the food industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing and quality standards
