What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shop Supervisor position at ETS?
Job Location: In-Person, $24-$28/Hour (Based on Experience), 1st Shift
Our client is a leading provider of event equipment, furnishings, and consultations in New England, and they want you to join their team as a Shop Supervisor
Your day-to-day as a Shop Supervisor:
- Read and interpret schematics to design and build custom components
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques and tools
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Ensure tools, equipment, and machinery meet safety and performance standards
Your skills and experience:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in various environments and handle heavy equipment
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in shop supervision, welding, or equipment maintenance
