$65,000 /Year Salary (Based on experience), Full-Time, 1st Shift

Modern manufacturing is rapidly growing in the North Country, and our client is leading the way. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, they want you to join their team as a Supply Chain Scheduler.

Your day-to-day as a Supply Chain Scheduler:

• Oversee and manage the Master Production Schedule, ensuring prioritization and scheduling of orders daily
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to manage customer orders and expectations, including expedited requests
• Maintain and update manual work orders for preventive maintenance schedules of machines, automation, and tooling
• Monitor and manage backorder summaries to maintain targets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Customer Care, balancing production needs with raw material availability

Your Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in production scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capability to interact with a diverse group of professionals
• Committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining high levels of integrity and professionalism
