Job Title: Sonographer (Night Shift)

Location: Burlington, VT
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift:

· Sunday: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM

· Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Salary: $79,000 - $125,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - $15,000 (based on experience)
Relocation Assistance: Partial support available

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Sonographer to join our night shift team in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role requires expertise in performing ultrasound scans for diagnostic evaluations in an acute care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform high-quality ultrasound scans to aid in medical diagnoses

· Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment for optimal imaging results

· Communicate effectively with patients to ensure comfort and understanding

· Work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results

· Maintain aseptic techniques and adhere to all safety protocols

Requirements:

· Education: Graduate of a CAAHEP-certified school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Radiologic Technology, or equivalent allied health program

· Certification: Must be ARDMS-registered with ABD or OB/GYN credential

· Experience:

· Minimum 2 years of paid scanning experience

· Experience in a Level I Trauma Center required

Preferred Skills:

· Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical imaging

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· Familiarity with additional medical imaging technologies is a plus
