The Opportunity:


The ideal Technical Solutions Specialist possesses the ability to learn software rapidly to configure, apply analytical troubleshooting tools, and to problem-solve application issues. Candidates are not expected to be masters of the full spectrum of technologies used but are expected to quickly become technical experts and masters of all skills required to launch solutions for our clients; steadily building their knowledge of any of Euna Payment’s products and digital payments domain. Onboarding our customers efficiently with attention to flexibility and scalability are key attributes of every implementation and customer engagement.  This position reports to the Manager, Professional Services. 


Responsibilities:

  • Use case discovery. Work with customers and prospects to deeply understand the proposed use case and propose solutions using Euna Payment’s products and platforms.
  • User story writing. Understanding the problem during discovery and translating the problems into user stories for the development team. 
  • Creative problem solving. Continually raise the bar and drive to deliver high quality and pragmatic products, services and processes.
  • Technical subject matter expert. Support the implementation cycle through the elimination of technical objections and build rapport with business and engineering teams at prospective customers and current clients.
  • Prove customer value. Where necessary deliver proofs of concept and pilots to demonstrate the value of the CityBase platform.
  • Passionate for getting results, meeting deadlines with the right quality.  

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a technology company and demonstrable success working in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience of working with remote teams.
  • Hands-on, technical, problem solver
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML and JSON
  • Development experience with SQL is a must
  • Comfortable working with customers and public speaking
  • Understanding of basic financial models and principles
  • Knowledge of distributed systems

This position will be hybrid 3x a week in Atlanta, GA.
