Job Description:
Supervise consumers with developmental disabilities, assisting with community activities and enhancing their daily lives.
The Direct Support Professional either handles 1:1 or manages up to two clients at a time. DSP's follow up and create daily behavioral plans to provide specialized care per client. DSPs engage with clients and actively guide their clients both at the facility and outside of it.
Pre-requisites for the position include:
- Legal Driver's License
- Accessible Fingerprints
- Able to sustain a background check
- A reasonable amount of experience or eagerness to enter the field.
