Glimpse Into Your Day:
- You create relationships with every guest to generate excitement about our values, product and community with the goal of consistently exceeding expectations.
- You are knowledgeable and up to date on products, sales priorities, new product/vendor roll-outs and able to execute guest-facing education and sales initiatives on the retail floor.
- You connect with guests effortlessly, offering knowledge and experience through a consultative sales approach to upsell and cross-sell relevant and effective products.
- You understand the value of customer loyalty and encourage guests to join and participate in the Euphora loyalty program.
- Attention to detail is required to ensure an accurate and timely check-out process through the POS (point of sale) system utilizing digital scales, label printers, and barcode scanners.
- You share customer feedback with management and team members regarding products, requests, and their service experience in the store.
- You take pride in the look, feel, and presentation of the store and actively maintain a clean and welcoming space for guests and team members.
- Under the direction of store management, you perform and complete projects, execute duties, and complete assignments as required.
- You follow State and Federal regulatory and health guidelines to ensure compliance.

Essential Physical Functions:
- Standing and walking for long periods of time
- Moderate lifting of at least 10 lbs
- Moderate pulling of at least 10 lbs

Position Requirements:
- Successful Background Check completed
- ***OMMA Verified certification must be completed***
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Highly sales driven and service oriented
