Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily operations within the establishment, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Train, develop, and mentor team members to enhance their skills in beverage service management and customer service.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Implement effective training programs for staff to ensure high-quality service and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive VIP experience by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the culinary industry.
- Strong background in quick service fast food restaurant operations preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Experience in training development, focusing on enhancing team performance and operational efficiency.
