This is a Cabinet-level position, ensuring the needs of staff and community are met with innovation and care.
POSITION DETAILS
Job Type: Management, full-time, 220-day work year
Start Date: July 1, 2025 (Ideally Spring 2024 for smooth transition)
QUALIFICATIONS
Required: BA/BS (Masters’ Degree Preferred) and 5 years of upper-management
experience in Personnel and/or Public Relations (public or private sector)
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and innovation within the district and community.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary: Annual Salary Range: $123,640 – $160,820
Benefits: Qualifies for District’s contribution to health benefits and full dental and vision
benefits coverage for self and eligible dependents.
