Support the Senior Services Program
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to support our Senior Services program as a Kitchen Assistant and Janitor. This casual position requires flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, kitchen cleaning, and janitorial duties. Prior experience in food handling and preparation, as well as basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safe lifting methods, are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals in a large scale, institutional setting
- Clean and maintain kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
- Stock food items and supplies
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles
Requirements:
- Nevada Driver's License
- Servesafe certification or equivalent
- First Aid, CPR, and elder abuse training/certification within six months of date of employment
