DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Take drink orders and process accurate POS transactions

·         Keep garnishes fresh and stocked

·         Keep par levels of all liquor and bar supplies

·         Stack, clean, and rotate products as needed in all beverage areas

·         Stock Liquor Cage with incoming products, keep area clean

·         Assist Bartenders and Cocktail Servers in keeping bar and lounge clean and organized

·         Keep work area in compliance with health regulation and department procedures

·         All other duties assigned
