Job Description:
The Electronic Table Games Dealer will provide prompt, courteous, and
accurate Stadium electronic table games dealing to all customers while following all casino table games
procedures and policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and engage Stadium gaming patrons in a fun, jovial manner
- Display an energetic demeanor when dealing on the Stadium podium and engaging with players
- Provide quality customer service to players by promptly responding to their inquiries
- Understand and be able to operate the Stadium dealer and player terminals
- Ensure departmental compliance to Gaming Regulations
- Deal Stadium electronic table games following company, department and Gaming regulations
- Be able to explain all bets on assigned games or aspects of the games to players as requested
- Advises Shift Manager or Slot Technician of any player disputes or disagreements that may arise during the game
- Informs Shift Manager or other Personnel of any important or relevant facts regarding specific players
- All other duties as assigned
