Job Description:
The Employee Relations Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Employee Relations Manager and HR Director.
Responsibilities and Duties:

- In this role, the ER Administrative Coordinator is a critical brand ambassador of our employee-owned family business and as such must always exemplify the character, hospitality and work quality and work ethic of a Eureka Employee-Owner.
- Responsible for prompt and courteous assistance to all employee-owners
- Take notes for HR Director and ER Manager during Employee Relations meetings and interviews
- Create Employee Relations investigation memos
- Create event timelines for Employee Relations investigations
- Reach out to employees to schedule witness interviews
- Save notes in Redbooth (task management platform)
- Assist ER Manager and HR Director inspect Employee Relations Folder
- Assists with preparation, creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures
- Scanning and maintenance of electronic recordkeeping of confidential records
- Maintains current knowledge of:
- All Company discounts and promotions for employee-owners, services, hours of operation
- All employee rewards, events and incentive programs
- All Insurance providers and plans offered to employee-owners
- Current systems and programs used in the HR office
- Maintains discretion and confidentiality of personnel information received
- Works independently with minimal supervision
- Understands and follows company and departmental policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned
Salary : $20 - $25
