Position Summary :
Euro-Wall systems, a leader in innovative fenestration solutions, seeks a highly technical and results-oriented Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage all maintenance operations in our manufacturing facility. This critical role focuses on ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of all production equipment, strongly emphasizing CNC machinery, fenestration manufacturing tools, and facility systems. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to maintain high reliability and operational efficiency levels.
What you will do :
Plan, coordinate, and execute the maintenance of CNC machines, fabrication equipment, and other specialized fenestration manufacturing tools.
Leverage advanced technical knowledge to assess, diagnose, and repair highly specialized manufacturing equipment.
Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing training, coaching, and mentorship to ensure technical growth and performance.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
