Auto Body Painter

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and painting, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and excellent customer service, ensuring that every vehicle is restored to its optimal condition.

Duties

• Perform auto body repairs on vehicles, including frame straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement.
• Utilize airless paint spraying techniques for high-quality finishes.
• Conduct thorough vehicle maintenance checks to identify any additional repair needs.
• Operate power tools safely and efficiently for various repair tasks.
• Buff and polish vehicles to achieve a smooth, professional appearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines.
• Assist in heavy lifting of parts and equipment as necessary during the repair process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in auto body repair and painting, preferably within a dealership setting.
• Proficiency in using airless paint spraying equipment and other power tools related to auto body work.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality results consistently.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with clients.
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during repairs.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices is a plus.

Pay: From $200.00 per day

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• No nights
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:
