- Efficiently manage tasks across multiple departments, ensuring smooth interdepartmental coordination
- Serve as the primary resource for technical and operational inquiries, providing training and problem-solving support to team members
- Develop and implement strategies for operational and technical improvements
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with team members and other departments
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to direct reports
- Oversee workflow planning and monitoring to ensure optimal productivity
- Analyze data to support departmental Measures of Success (MOS) and key performance indicators
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain high standards of performance
- High school diploma or equivalent; at least two years related experience

- Position is full-time, working Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m
