Job Description
As the Group Lead for Billing and Collections, you will be responsible for managing both the technical and personnel aspects of our operations. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee multiple facets of the department. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently manage tasks across multiple departments, ensuring smooth interdepartmental coordination
- Serve as the primary resource for technical and operational inquiries, providing training and problem-solving support to team members
- Develop and implement strategies for operational and technical improvements
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with team members and other departments
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to direct reports
- Oversee workflow planning and monitoring to ensure optimal productivity
- Analyze data to support departmental Measures of Success (MOS) and key performance indicators
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain high standards of performance
