Job Description
Job Summary : Responsible for revenue recognition and related activities and reporting plus assist with capital expenditures.
Job Duties :
- Responsible for revenue recognition reporting multiple times weekly.
- Generate invoices daily.
- Audits the builds of fee-for-service contracts to ensure built and billed correctly.
- Responsible for billing FTE contracts, including pass-through costs, accurately and timely.
- Reporting Work in Process, Accrued Sales and Deferred Revenues.
- Assist in reducing Work in Process and Accrued Sales.
- Research billings and revenue recognition as needed for Accounts Receivable, Project Managers and others.
- Process capital expenditures for placing items into service.
- Assist with company audits and other special projects.
- Performs other related duties as required and directed.
