Senior (Lead) Microbiologist Position

• Working with management leads the daily operations of the Microbiology department, ensuring all activities comply with regulatory standards.
• Implement and maintain GLP and GMP standards throughout all areas of testing
• Under the supervision of and in cooperation with management, this position will provide technical expertise during audits, assistance in scheduling of testing, and ensure maintenance of equipment is performed
• This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, strong initiative and follow-through, and deep technical knowledge of regulations and standards

Position is full-time, working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, overtime as needed.  Candidates currently  living within commutable distance to San Diego, CA   are encouraged to apply.

Compensation Range : $68,000-$73,000 per year
