Job Description

The Project Management Assistant supports the Project Management staff in servicing clients to meet the laboratory mission. Position is Full time, M-F 8 : 00am- 4 : 30pm (flexible) with overtime as needed. Must live a commutable distance to Concord, New Hampshire AND have a background in Environment.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in Project Management and grow with the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Assists on-site and off-site Project Management staff as follows :

• Creates bottle orders
• Schedules courier or Service Center pick ups or drop offs as needed
• Creates and issues final report by client due date
• Issues final data package
• Completes state reporting forms and submissions
• Completes data uploads
• Compiles case narrative
• Invoicing and payment processing
• Reviews final invoice before issuing to client
• Generates credit / debit memos as needed and submits for approvals
• Answers phone and redirects calls to Project Managers

Compensation range $16-18 / hour (DOE)
