Position Overview :

As the Director of Marketing, you will be at the helm of shaping and executing a robust marketing strategy that aligns with our growth objectives and solidifies our position as the leader in the luxury window and door market. You will be responsible for building our brand identity, fostering industry relationships, enhancing customer experiences, and expanding our market reach.

This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, particularly in the luxury market.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Brand Development

Define and refine the brand narrative, emphasizing our core differentiators : customization, craftsmanship, and strong dealer partnerships.
Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including photography, videography, and digital content, to showcase our products in aspirational settings.
Lead targeted digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid search campaigns, and social media strategies, to increase brand awareness.

Industry Engagement

Build and nurture relationships with luxury residential architects, builders, and designers through targeted outreach programs.

Plan and execute participation in luxury home and design trade shows to showcase products and connect with industry professionals.

Collaborate with high-profile architects to develop signature product lines and partnerships.

Strategy

Development and Implementation of comprehensive marketing program to deliver the growth within the company's outlined business plan

Refinement of World Class Dealer Partner Program Develop

Regional Marketing strategies based on expansion efforts and market specific approaches

Market Expansion

Strategically partner with luxury home developers and interior design firms to expand market penetration.

Develop and execute limited-edition collections to create exclusivity and buzz around the brand.

Team Leadership and Analytics

Build and lead a high-performing marketing team to execute the strategy effectively.

Regularly analyze market data and campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

Develop KPI's to align the marketing efforts to deliverable success to Euroline's business plan

New Product Launch Plan & Execution

Market research and analysis, for customer insights, competitive analysis and industry trends

Strategic planning for launch strategy, brand positioning and target audience

Launch execution and coordination consisting of timeline management, event planning, sales enablement, training, support and customer engagement.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (MBA preferred).

8 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the luxury products or building materials industry.

Proven track record of driving growth and brand leadership in highly competitive markets.

Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media strategy.

Experience working with architects, builders, and designers in a B2B2C context is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, campaigns, and cross-functional teams effectively.
