DescriptionThe Marketing Director will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth within the material handling industry. This role involves overseeing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, managing product positioning, and ensuring alignment with sales objectives. The Marketing Director will analyze market trends, develop content strategies, and enhance customer engagement through advertising, trade shows, and digital platformsRequirementsJob Responsibilities : Supervise and mentor a team consisting of a Marketing Specialist, Graphic Designer, SEO Analyst, and Web Developer.Provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and foster a collaborative team culture.Oversee team projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand growth.Align marketing goals with overall business objectives, and report progress to executive leadership.Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.Leverage AI Tools to automate and optimize various marketing tasks, including audience targeting, personalized content creation, predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and campaign optimizationManage multiple marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.Maintain detailed documentation of campaigns, workflows, and project outcomes.Establish and enforce processes for project tracking and accountability.Oversee content creation efforts, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.Coordinate and contribute to content production for marketing and training purposes.Manage and execute video production for marketing and training purposes.Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.Supervise website maintenance, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and lead conversion.Collaborate with the SEO Analyst to implement strategies that improve search rankings and organic traffic.Monitor website analytics and identify opportunities for improvement.Design and execute lead generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Optimize marketing funnels to drive customer acquisition and retention.Track and analyze lead data, providing actionable insights for the sales team.Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and updates.Upload, organize, and manage training materials, courses, and certifications within the LMS.Assist employees, trainers, and administrators with troubleshooting, access issues, and system navigation.Track learner progress, generate reports on training completion, and analyze LMS performance metrics.Ensure LMS integrates with other company systems (HR, compliance, etc.) and optimize for usability.Ensure training programs meet company and industry compliance standards.Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and participation in training programs.Collaborate with software vendors, IT teams, and internal stakeholders to enhance system functionality.Education and Experience : Master’s degree (MBA or Marketing specialization) required.7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies, preferably in B2B, industrial, or material handling industries.Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, SEO / SEM, social media, branding, and analytics tools.Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), marketing automation tools, and data-driven decision-making.Strong background in market research, product positioning, and lead generation strategies.Industry experience in logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse solutions is highly preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
