Duties
Oversee daily office operations, filing and archiving.
Registering and titling vehicles.
Keep track of supplies.
Ability to keep a smooth and accurate office operation in a timely fashion.
Skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Great communication abilities, both verbal and written. Bilingual is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
