Job Description
As the Director of Maintenance and Asset Reliability, you will create strong partnerships across the business to ensure delivery of the Supply Chain strategies in line with the company's growth agenda. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the Plant multi-functional teams to identify best practices and improvements that will increase our Reliability, Productivity, Efficiency, and Effectiveness. Your goal will be to establish an agile and synchronized Supply chain.
You will lead the entire maintenance and reliability organization and be responsible for uptime and equipment life across the entire plant, including manufacturing equipment, utilities and facilities.

- Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's in Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Maintenance roles in the CPG industry, or a combination of Maintenance, Engineering and Manufacturing, with a minimum of 8 years in leadership roles.
