European Service Center is looking for a driven, results-oriented leader to manage our daily operations as a full-time Automotive Shop Foreman . QUALIFICATIONS
ASE certification or equivalent training would be preferred.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our Automotive Shop Foreman usually works from 8 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday .
You're the coordinated leader behind our daily operations, efficiently managing our workflow by strategically assigning jobs to technicians. You oversee your team as they complete quality auto repairs and maintenance services as well as perform some hands-on work of your own. Using various diagnostic tools, you troubleshoot vehicle issues and complete the appropriate services. You maintain a clean and safe working environment, supporting and mentoring the technicians as needed to ensure a productive day. Your leadership skills, auto repair expertise, and customer service abilities make you an invaluable part of our team!
