What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at EuroPharma?
Customer Service representative are responsible for handling customer inquiries of all types. Provide customers with product information and resolve customer concerns. The individual should be courteous and pay close attention to detail. They are the interface between EuroPharma® and the customer, and therefore are required to have a strong knowledge of products, ingredients, and overall industry knowledge.
Essential Functions
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Generate sales leads.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Accurately process customer transactions including orders and returns.
- Manage time effectively, meet goals, and work effectively with other members of the EuroPharma sales and marketing team.
- Present a professional image to customers and provide high levels of customer service.
- Keep up-to-date with new product line, and/or pricing policies.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution is satisfactory.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Keep up-to-date on competition, competitive issues, products and markets for supplements.
Basic Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in customer facing or servicing role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience utilizing a CRM system for customer notes, placing orders, and returns
- Knowledge of heath industry/health product selections
