Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies for seed and Series A rounds within given time frame.
- Build and maintain relationships with angel investors, venture capital firms, and other potential investors
- Create compelling pitch decks and investor presentations
- Lead due diligence processes
- Structure and negotiate investment terms
- Establish investor relations protocols and communications
- Collaborate with leadership team on financial modeling and business planning
- Secure minimum of 9-15 strategic partnerships in first year post-funding
- Generate partnership-driven revenue or value equivalent to set targets
- Establish partnership evaluation and management framework
- Create scalable partnership program structure
- Monitor fundraising landscape and identify strategic opportunities
- 5 years of experience in startup fundraising, venture capital, or investment banking
- Proven track record of successfully closing investment rounds
- Strong network within the investment community
- Excellence in financial modeling and valuation
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Initial Phase: No base salary during fundraising period
- Post-Funding:
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
