Job Summary
Long story short, you will be the community engagement manager for Eustis Roofing Company. You are the liaison for the brand within Central Florida that helps drive brand awareness and presence throughout the community.
You are responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events and strategic marketing plans with partners in local business chambers, college athletics and / or professional sports. This may include coordinating but not limited to TV & Radio advertising, concepting unique sponsored spaces at chamber events or at stadiums and ensuring brand standards are being held to on all signage.
You may also work with our PR agency to secure media opportunities, showcasing our CEO and GM's as thought-leaders in the home services industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining their image (and the company’s image) in a positive public light.
Social media acumen will also be a key to this position as you’ll be expected to document these news-worthy events to share with Eustis Roofing followers. Graphic design is a plus, as you might have to design posts / videos quickly.
Maximizing brand exposure is the name of the game and you will be responsible for planning and executing a calendar of activity that helps establish Eustis Roofing as the #1 brand of choice for home services in the Central Florida market .

Working within our small but mighty marketing team, your PR and marketing acumen will be utilized to the fullest potential. You should enjoy being able to multi-task between large projects, manage deadlines, communicate effectively with internal and external partners, and have a passion to exceed business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Manage strategic partnerships with local business chambers, community organization, college and / or professional sports teams
- Plan and execute events and activations with community partners with a goal of at least 1-2 external events a month
- Be an internal champion of community marketing by being a visible presence and hosting at least 1 employee event a quarter
- Effectively communicate with internal teams and media outlets
- Report on community and media exposure
- Lead social listening initiatives across brand xxx
- Graphic design and editing on emails and social media
- Manage a marketing budget and track ROI on spend
