Shift timing:- 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
lunch break:- 30 min (Unpaid).
Qualifications
Communicate with RN Report to RN changes in patient’s medical condition. Provide routine Medication administration and treatment. Have CTS/Staff confirm patient’s identity during med pass.
Address patient’s medical needs, notify RN, obtain orders from physician and fax orders to pharmacy,
Assess to determine medical emergencies, administer CPR, notify RN, assist to stabilize patient, and prepare to send out 911.
Notify RN of patient injuries, so the RN can complete Guardian notification for medical emergencies and injuries according to Komino’s law.
Receive Komino’s law in servicing and initiate guidelines according to in service training
Provide treatment and Complete medication administration for patients assigned.
Document patient notes in Binder use SOAP Note format, complete the bottom of IRAs and notify RN.
Give report to oncoming shift, and covering RN. Also, record daily activities or events in nursing logbook.
Work on weekends
Respond to patients medical needs, communicate to RN and doctor, get physician orders, write orders, fax orders to pharmacy , write notes using SOAP format, Administer treatments and medications.
