EV.Careers is currently seeking a full-time Business Development Manager III for one of our partners, a leading provider of innovative LED lighting solutions and EV charging technologies. In this position, you will drive revenue growth through strategic customer relationship management, develop new market opportunities, and execute comprehensive sales strategies in a fast-paced environment. Base salary is between $75-$85k, but with commission the total compensation should be between $100-$120k annually.
Responsibilities :
- Lead market research initiatives and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities in the LED lighting and EV charging sectors
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with high-value prospects, focusing on accounts with potential spending over $1.4 million
- Design and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate product value propositions and competitive advantages
- Manage complete sales cycles from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies
- Track and analyze sales metrics to achieve revenue targets and adjust strategies accordingly
- Participate in industry events including trade shows, networking events, and educational sessions to stay current with emerging technologies
Requirements
5 years of business development experience
Proven track record of successful solution-based selling and relationship-building
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasting in CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot)
Ability to work independently and manage large territory responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in LED lighting, EV charging, or related clean energy industries
