Core Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and nurturing long-term partnerships
- Lead regular customer meetings to discuss service performance and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Analyze service metrics and create comprehensive performance reports
- Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years' experience in after-sales service within a global organization

- Technical proficiency in electrical systems, particularly DC fast charging stations
- Working knowledge of CRM software
- Contract negotiation expertise and fundamental contract law understanding
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills
- Exceptional communication abilities across diverse stakeholder groups
