About The Role

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Account Manager, where you'll lead strategic customer relationships in the electric vehicle charging infrastructure sector. This role combines technical expertise with relationship management to drive customer success and business growth.

Core Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and nurturing long-term partnerships
  • Lead regular customer meetings to discuss service performance and maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Analyze service metrics and create comprehensive performance reports
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns

Strategic Business Development

  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective after-sales strategies
  • Execute cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to maximize customer value
  • Manage and negotiate customer contracts, ensuring compliance and optimal terms

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • 5 years' experience in after-sales service within a global organization
  • Proven track record managing large-scale customer accounts
  • Technical proficiency in electrical systems, particularly DC fast charging stations

Technical Skills

  • Working knowledge of CRM software
  • Contract negotiation expertise and fundamental contract law understanding
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
