We are looking for a Sourcer to support our Hardware Engineering Groups. This position will be onsite in our Austin, TX or Palo Alto, CA facility.

What You'll Do
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on hiring strategyEffectively allocate time and resources, to build strong talent pipelines, keeping business partners informed of progress on a regular basisUse a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, Google Scholar, GitHub, and moreConduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills to be successful in Tesla's environmentLeverage relevant recruiting data to inform the business of market trends related to candidate engagement, compensation data, etc.
What You'll Bring
3 years recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environmentProven ability to effectively and efficiently manage an average of 20 requisitions concurrently and proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partnersSkilled in offer negotiation, awareness of employment market trendsTrack record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent, leveraging recruiting data to drive resultsDemonstrated recruiting experience in Software Engineering or Hardware Engineering preferredProven ability to lead projects to successful conclusion, balancing efficiency with qualityDaily on-site presence in Austin, TX or Palo Alto, CA
