We are looking for a Sourcer to support our Hardware Engineering Groups. This position will be onsite in our Austin, TX or Palo Alto, CA facility.

What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on hiring strategy
- Effectively allocate time and resources, to build strong talent pipelines, keeping business partners informed of progress on a regular basis
- Use a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, Google Scholar, GitHub, and more
- Conduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills to be successful in Tesla's environment
- Leverage relevant recruiting data to inform the business of market trends related to candidate engagement, compensation data, etc.
What You'll Bring
- 3 years recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Proven ability to effectively and efficiently manage an average of 20 requisitions concurrently and proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners
- Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of employment market trends
- Track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent, leveraging recruiting data to drive results
- Demonstrated recruiting experience in Software Engineering or Hardware Engineering preferred
- Proven ability to lead projects to successful conclusion, balancing efficiency with quality
- Daily on-site presence in Austin, TX or Palo Alto, CA
