EV Charge Solutions®, headquartered in Rochester, NY is the leading EV (electric vehicle) charging equipment distributor in North America. A manufacturing division is producing a line of accessories for the industry, providing solutions to some of the largest OEM’s.

PowerCharge™ is a manufacturer and supplier of premium electric vehicle charging products. In addition to charging stations, PowerCharge™ offers backend software and associated services enhancing the product lines.

Position Summary: Provide leadership and expertise of the organization’s day-to-day operations and processes in a way that positively impacts efficiency, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Departments directly reporting to this position include Service, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse, Procurement, R&D and Quality Assurance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Act as a role model for values, ethics, and professionalism in support of an exceptional company culture.

· Actively contribute as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team while maintaining positive partnerships with other departments.

· Define, implement, and monitor policies, processes, and practices which maximize efficiency, quality, profitability, and customer service.

· Oversee the quality assurance program which includes manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, technical support services, and administration/order processing.

· Create and manage an effective and motivated team that is trained and accountable for their roles.

· Proactively create strategic and innovative solutions and opportunities to drive business success.

· Develop and execute new growth directives while continuously improving ongoing activities.

· Develop strong customer relationships and drive superior customer service in all functional areas.

· Develop and monitor forecasting plan and budget to ensure on-time delivery and appropriate profitability.

· Maintain a strong working knowledge of the Electric Vehicle industry.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

· Exceptional leadership and first-class people skills resulting in fostering a first-class company culture.

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing leadership role with budget and financial responsibility.

· Working knowledge of CRM and ERP packages.

· Demonstrated business acumen with excellent written and oral communication and customer service skills.

· Demonstrated expertise in establishing and achieving business, team, and individual performance evaluation metrics.

· Results driven, organized, team player with focus on improvement, growth, and people development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
