We are currently hiring for full time and part time cleaning positions.
Job Overview:
Cleaning Technicians are responsible for ensuring that all assigned properties are cleaned to company standards within the allotted amount of time. Cleaning Technicians are essential in conducting and maintaining Eva’s Cleaning Service’s high quality service at all assigned properties.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform 5 star quality service.
- Conduct and uphold Eva’s Cleaning Service quality of work at all assigned properties.
- Proficient comprehension and execution of both commercial and residential cleaning technician jobs.
- Represent Eva’s Cleaning Service in a professional manner at all times by providing quality customer service, fostering a positive work environment, and upholding Eva’s Cleaning Service’s standards of conduct.
- Report to member(s) of management with feedback, updates, concerns, and other pertinent information regarding assigned properties in a timely manner.
- At properties in which Eva’s Cleaning Service provides consumables, report to management when consumables are needed and how much needs to be ordered in a timely manner.
- Monitor our scheduling application regularly by checking all notifications in a timely manner. Upon completing training, have a comprehensive understanding of application uses, including by not limited to, newsfeed, messaging, timesheets, time clock, and schedule.
- On-site management of team members.
- Complete, update, and maintain scheduling application notes.
- Manage your own schedule by finding coverage or rescheduling client(s) when you are sick or taking time off. You are responsible for managing and answering questions for those covering your shift(s).
- At all properties that you have been assigned to you, you are responsible for managing your partner. This includes quality of work, time management, understanding of notes for the property, etc.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license, insured vehicle, proof of registration, and ability to drive to assigned properties.
- A comprehensive understanding of company cleaning standards at commercial and residential properties after training is completed.
- Efficient and effective communication skills.
- Proficient observational skills.
- Proficient time management skills.
