Important responsibilities in this role will include:
- Work directly to support one of our clients, a large investment bank, by working with their Research team.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of 4 – 6 analysts, ensuring efficient workflow and task management.
- Manage and track expense reports, ensuring timely submission and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Schedule and organize meetings, including calendar management, preparing agendas, and handling meeting logistics.
- Collaborate with the research data team.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy, data quality, and consistency.
- Handle ad-hoc research requests as per client requirements.
- Log and track client interactions in CRM or relevant systems, maintaining accurate and up to date records.
Skills we’re looking for:
- 0-2 years of experience with coordination or executive assistant roles in the financial services industry preferred.
- Experience with financial analysis and report writing.
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent reading comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Very strong communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn new skills, develop an understanding of new domains, and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
