What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wisconsin District Director position at Evangelical Child and Family Agency?
This position requires an MSW or a Masters Degree in a similar field with human services experience. Must be licensed, with LCSW or LCPC preferred.
We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for the following tasks:
Basic Function: Directs office management, fundraising, and promotional activities under the supervision of the Executive Director.
Administers programs of Pregnancy Support Services, Adoption, and volunteer development under the supervision of the Director of Professional Services.
Essential Functions:
* Provides leadership in the development of financial resources and maintains relationships with donors, corporations, foundations, and evangelical churches in the Agency’s service areas.
* Assists controller in the development and implementation of the Wisconsin District’s budget and assists in the management of financial resources.
* Oversees and evaluates the Wisconsin District’s Pregnancy Support Services and Adoption programs and recommends modifications to the Director of Professional Services where appropriate.
* Assists with planning and organizing agency special events.
* Establishes and maintains relationships with human service professionals in the social service field.
Qualifications; Masters in Social Work preferred or other Masters Degree in similar field with human services experience.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
