Location : Evangelical Home - Saline, Saline, MI

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

What We’re Looking For :

Strong attention to detail with experience in scheduling or administrative support, preferably in a senior care or nursing home setting.

Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs in a dynamic environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to coordinate effectively with nursing staff and leadership.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

A strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain and update the master nursing schedule to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Assign schedules for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Review and approve PTO requests while balancing staff needs with operational requirements.

Oversee and manage shift changes to ensure proper coverage and minimal disruptions.

Prepare and distribute daily staff schedules to keep operations running smoothly.

Lead daily staffing meetings to coordinate coverage and address scheduling concerns.

Review and approve shift pickups, ensuring compliance with scheduling policies.
