EHM Senior Solutions is excited to welcome a new Weekend Receptionist to our Evangelical Home - Saline. This role is essential in providing a warm and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient front desk while delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct visitors and vendors to their destinations.
• Answer phone calls and assist callers with inquiries.
• Assist senior residents with various tasks as needed.
• Perform administrative duties such as typing, filing, posting accounts, and processing work orders.
• Coordinate office supply inventory and orders.
• Manage the organization and delivery of mail and packages.
• Provide clerical support to various departments as needed.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Previous clerical experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working in a healthcare or senior living environment is a plus.
• Comfortable interacting with seniors and their families.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to create a welcoming environment.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
