Essential Job Duties
- Initiate and manage bank wires, ACH payments, and stop payments
- Oversee positive pay file uploads and manage exemptions
- Report daily cash receipts and handle reconciliations, audits, and journal entries with precision
- Guide drivers and owners on the proper use of EFS fuel cards, ensuring seamless operations
- Activate, maintain, and distribute new or replacement EFS fuel cards
- Address and resolve inquiries from truck owners, drivers, and agents with top-notch service
- Collaborate with third-party providers like InterTax to generate accurate fuel and mileage reports for chargebacks, refunds, and settlement purposes
- File and pay IFTA returns through state-specific online portals, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Prepare detailed loan documentation and records to support audits
- Monitor and track fuel surcharge details, keeping them aligned with industry standards
- Provide essential backup for cash and voucher processing to keep operations running smoothly
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent mathematical ability
- Able to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2 years of experience working in a business environment
- Experience with IFTA
