We are seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and supporting operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of vendor management and customer invoicing specific to the manufacturing sector.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of experience in AP/AR roles within a manufacturing environment.
KNOWLEDGE: Strong aptitude with Microsoft Office applications and ERP software, preferably SAP. Solid understanding of US GAAP and standard financial procedures.

SKILLS: Ability to multitask and drive projects through to completion with proven organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
Salary : $50,000 - $62,000
