Evans & Dixon is currently seeking to add a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Help Desk Technician to our St. Louis, MO office that will provide technical support to users. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. As a Temporary Help Desk Technician, you will assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and ensuring that help desk tickets are completed in a timely manner. This is a temporary position.

Responsibilities :
- Work closely with CIO, Network Administrator and IT consultants to maintain proper function of the Firm's technology systems and environment
- Safeguard all E&D information, including but not limited to codes, listings, reports, CDs etc.
- Monitor user problems to ensure optimum user-system performance
- Implement the necessary administrative procedures to monitor, log and track technical problems and / or user difficulties
- Ensure timely notification to users on system changes and system outages
