Summary:
The Risk Administrator will provide administrative support to the Legal, Risk Management and Accounting Departments in the execution of Evans’ Corporate Compliance functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Subcontractor prequalification process by coordinating with subcontractors to obtain and enter all necessary documentation for safety and financial review
- Track Builders’ Risk Insurance and Bonds for review and coordination
- Support risk management and finance in all insurance program administration
- Contract Processing and Logging
- Monitor open Account Receivables report to ensure timely filing of Affidavits of Nonpayment for Georgia & Mississippi-based projects
- Files Sales and Use Tax Returns with Accounting’s assistance
- Gathers documentation for internal and external audits as requested by Accounting and/or Legal
- Supports Project Close-Out compliance, including reviewing Purchase Orders and Subcontracts issued against Project records
- Provides general administrative support
- Performs additional duties as required
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree required in a related field (Business, Accounting, etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional office setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
